Technicolor Buddhas

I found this bit of news heartning as I was saddened when the Taliban destroyed the two Buddha statues. Although this project can never replace the statues, it can help us to remember the importance of why we need religious reminders around us. And also help us remember why art is important to religion.

The artist also mentions that his art is more about "not harming people," a concept that is very neo-pagan today.
